The Griffin Inn is a 16th century inn situated in the beautiful and historic, unspoiled village of Fletching which is close to many famous National Trust properties and other places of interest. We have 13 individually designed and decorated bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. We have a renowned restaurant as well as an excellent bar menu which can be served in our lovely garden with sloping lawns on sunny days. The view from our garden is second to none. Directions
Coming from North - M25, then M23. Take turn off onto A264 to East Grinstead. Then travel southbound down A22 through Forest Row, Wych Cross and then at Nutley, turn right immediately after the church onto Bell Lane. Continue for 3 miles until you get into the village of Fletching. The Griffin Inn is the 2nd pub on the right.Coming from South - take A275 from Lewes, northbound, travelling through Cooksbridge, South Chailey, North Chailey, and then just beyond the Bluebell railway at Sheffield Park, take a right next to the large Trading Boundaries antiques shop. Continue for about 2 miles where you'll eventually arrive at Fletching, the same as the North direction.
